Once consumer had complete purchase process of Techbiz18 then no refund will be given unless the company is unable to fulfill their promises. On the moment of start of your service/order, you are eligible for no refund. Consumer could cancel their account with the process of cancellation request in written to account services. And case of any violence complain Techbiz18 have liberty to deactivate/terminate your account without any prior information.
Wise information technologies will keep remain inactive your account for 90 days on any irrelevant act if found. And in conditions of unpaid bill continued to three months, your account will be terminated without any prior information. Or if continue with Rs.0 balance till two months, or not paid renewal fee, then your service number provided by the Techbiz18 will be lost. Consumer could not claim even security amount charges.
a) Refund policy:
In the conditions that you are not satisfied with our hosting service then you are eligible for a refund (pro-rated). We do not provide support system on call. You could send us a mail to our support department within 30 days of a new order on Techbiz18. All the product sales like websites designing, registration, dedicated hosting, Bulk emails and sms, Certificates of SSL and many more are non-refundable items will be reduced from total demand.
Refund will take maximum 7 working days to complete the process then amount will be credited in your account. And in case payment done by payment gateway then it will transfer back to the same. Same process will applicable to the Credit Card payment. And we will not refund social media in any cause of action.
